Would you consider creating a Life Links account with PayPal? That would allow me to make payments without exposing my card number.
PayPal provides extra protection from identity theft by masking our credit card or bank account numbers and only showing our PayPal account name. The transfer is usually completed within 24 hours - sometimes less. Please consider accepting PayPal payments.
Please note that I do not use social media sites, and cannot send or receive texts on my cell phone.

Email a receipt (maybe you will).
Since I can't tell on the invoice if you will email a receipt, please do, and tell us on the invoice that that will happen. Without that, if my printer connection is not working, I am without a receipt for my records.

when you select Business Account, the field should be for a business name, not first and last

When we import invoices, we need to get the email address to default to the one on the customer one on file or to an email in our CSV.
When we import our invoices, we'd like to see Quickbooks default the email address on file (which it doesn't currently after import of invoices of CSV). We'd like to automate things more by having Quickbooks default the email address to email invoice or let us import which email address added to the CSV import format.

Can’t sign in when clicking on invoice
I click on the emailed invoice and go to pay. After filling in my credit card info, I click “save for later payment” which signs me into my account. If only that was helpful— any future invoice emails I get don’t have the option to sign in first! What a useful step you had me do for nothing. Boo.

Send email earlier than the first of the month; the second to the last and last day of the previous month would be nice.
Send notification of payment due earlier than the first of the month; the last two days of the prior month would be convenient.

Give access to edit the bank name rather than Business checking
Allow edit of bank name for saved banks instead of Business Checking and last 4 of account. I have to keep a sheet with all my clients account numbers to know which account to select. If I could edit the saved name then I would know from payment screen which account to select.

Add option to "undo" a payment if mistaken, say for an hour or 12 or 24.
