The invoice shows the money but it doesn't break it down to material and what is labor.

Pay Quickbook invoices through the vendor's website.
Using the portal app link, a vendor could place a "pay now" button on their website where their customer could click and it would take them to the same looking pdf/pay page as they receive through the email.

Print receipt button and Forward receipt button would be nice addition
When the print receipt button shows up at the end of the transaction, it would be nice to have a 'forward receipt' button as well.

Make sure your fonts are loading
Load the proper font, and if you are using a fallback, at least have it be a sans serif to match avenir next

Please email invoices in a timely manner!
My invoice was received on April 22, 2019 at 1:55PM and says payment due is late because it was due on April 18th. I resent being told my bill is late when I have not received a bill to be paid.
I take pride in paying ALL my bills on time when I receive them on time!2 votes -

Include the invoice number in the title of the bill as is done with a payments

Show URL address in the header/footer when printing receipt. The popup window removes the URL

Make it easier to enter numbers
It’s convenient to enter the card number because the window opens the number pad on the phone. But for expiration date and ccv, the letters keyboard opens. I believe in you.

When "visa" is greyed out as an option it's quite confusing.
We see the logo, and greying effect is so slight, it looks like visa's accepted when it's not

I can't tell if we have other open invoices - show all open invoices
When you open an invoice - show other invoices open also, so you can click and select to pay all at once, if wanted.

Reassure the payor that the vendor has no access to bank account information
I was very nervous giving out my bank account number and routing number. I tried contacting intuit but they were just sales chat reps in the Phillipines. I just need to feel more secure that my information is not accessible by the vendor. I don't want a surprise down the road to find my bank account is being syphoned from.

Automatically add attachments emailed to @bill.com to the created bill
QBO bill pay allows invoices to be sent to a @bill.com email address, which then appear in the bill pay queue. When creating a bill from this queue, emailed attachments used to be automatically added to the created bill. Please add this this functionality back.
