QuickBooks should verify the routing and account numbers before sending to the bank. Why send confirmation if it has NOT been paid.
Why can't you confirm the correct info before processing? This method is commonly used by many company's. Why send confirmation if there was a problem with that payment?

Allow debit card.
I don’t like putting all this raw information so available to theft.
Plus I’ve had to accept so many T&C’s it gives me an uneasy feeling. T&C’s never protect the customer.

Business accounts
When paying by bank transfer - business checking, remove the mandatory requirement of First and Last Name. If business checking is selected than requiring a first and last name is ridiculous as the checking is in the name of the business not an individual.

Printe receipt
once I choose print receipt, I'd like to see either a summary of the invoice and/or the company that I'm paying on behalf of. I run three companies and it would save time looking up/writing down what company the reciept was for.

Make getting into quickbooks and finding the invoices much eaiser.
I can never get to the invoices I need to pay without calling the company and having someone send me a link that only shows the one invoice, but if I need to find another invoice to pay I can not look and pay that one its back to calling the company which is not always successful because they don't answer. It's a real headache please make getting invoices eaiser.

Quickbooks Online app for Mac not saving passwords
When logging into the Quickbooks Online app for Mac it does not save my password, after I log in I have to accept cookies every time and it does not save my date ranges for reports on the dashboard, this is only singe the last release - 4.0.5-214 - please can you fix ASAP

Require payers to authenticate their payment account first to make sure...
The fact that I was able to pay with my checking account number, which EVERYONE who has my checks has, with NO authentication at all on my part, is insane. If a vendor has not enabled something secure like PayPal, then, at the very least, Intuit should require that payers actually link their accounts by authenticating through their banks. It is wild that anyone could pay using my checking account number.

seperate invoice for benefactor
send separate invoice to third party on line so that monthly payment can be made from benefactor's bank account

Omg. Your form just deleted all my comments!!! I wrote very detailed suggestions for you and they are now all gone.
I will now just say a few words. This is is the worst payment system I have ever seen. Fire your UX team and find a new one. You may think this is a cool cute way to get feedback, but it’s not. Now it says “post idea”. I don’t want to post it, I want to send it to your management.2 votes -

see total due and paid from companies that are paid each month
should be able to look up companies which we pay each month to track monthly expenses, whats been paid and capture end of the year data.
