Credit Card Fee Automatically Charge to Customer when they Pay Online.
I know a fee can be added on the invoice but if I do not know the customer is paying via CC online than they do not get charged a fee.

Allow reoccurring payment methods, i.e., auto debit from bank account
By allowing reoccurring payment methods payments are paid on time.
Also, most of the time when I've attempted to pay - QuickBooks has been down.

Print invoice
When finishing an invioce. please give me a full detail and confirmation number in the printout. even if i select to email it. I want to file it right away as a PDF or even as a printed copy.
currently. if email is selected. it negates that ability.
please fix or otherwise create this feature properly
