  8. Option to pay different amount

    There is no selection in paying an amount other than the total due. If I need to add additional amounts for fees (which are described in the memo portion of the invoice) , I cannot add.

  17. Custom Form Styles / Custom Invoice Templates in DOCX

    Existing invoice templates look basic and have very limited customisation options, which doesn’t allow us to create beautifully designed documents. I personally find it super important for our brand to stand out from the competition. We currently use Xero and they support DOCX templates, but we consider switching to QuickBooks because it integrates with our CRM system.
    I found that Custom Invoice Templates were previously available via QuickBooks Labs and for some reason they have been disabled for new accounts since 06/09/2021.
    Please bring this feature back. Ideally, it should be available not only for Invoices but for Quotes, Statements…

  19. I was not able to copy and paste my account info. This is frustrating and causes inaccuracies.

    I repeatedly entered wrong information because I was not able to copy and paste my account/routing number which has the same digit repeated several times. Why invite mistakes for no reason?
