  2. Clicking on trying to save my information did not work. The window would never allow me to save my information.... FIX IT!

    FIX YOUR WEBSITE! It would not save any of my information. HATE THAT... keep trying and trying loosing everything I type. DON'T refresh, it won't accept, it will only delete all the work you did to create your simpler acceptance.

  3. I think your system is great. Whether I pay from bank account or credit card it is fast and so user friendly. Don't change anything.

  4. Show format for entering information

    I tried to pay about 10 times before I finally got it right. The problem - I put a space in the postal code. Nothing came back to tell me I wasn't entering it correctly. Show the format of how information is to be entered into the form. Had this been a personal order, I probably would have changed my mind.

  7. Allow for more details like address of job that the invoice was created for to be carried over to the actual receipt for tax purposes.

    On the PDF there is a place to list more details of the invoice however that doesn’t transfer to receipt.

  10. LLC or Corp Payment

    Under Client Name when making a payment it should have an option to pay with company name if the payment is coming from an LLC or Corporation

    it is lame. You should at least write it on invoise that it does not work with mac safari. I wasted too much time trying to pay one invoice!

  14. Please take the grey background off. It is a waste of printer ink. What's wrong with white?

    I don't understand why the invoice has to be on a grey backgrounds? Just make it white it will save a lot of printer ink and It actually looks cleaner.

  15. Your system will not allow any payment more than the invoice amount!!!! Need to fix.

    Need to change the form format so any amount can be enter!!! I will not charge you this part of advise, this time.

  19. When I need to enter the expiration date for a credit card pls make the keyboard switch to numbers - like it does for the security code.
