Provide a method to have receipts emailed as well.
I am not sure but if one can just enter their email address to have their paid invoice/receipt sent to them would be a big plus to me. But again that feature could be already there and I just do not know about it. Thought I would just put it out there. Thanks.

There were 2 different amounts - $170 and $230. The actual invoice listed $170 so that is what I paid. Roni

You should ask users if they want to pay other unpaid invoices from the same provider after they enter their card info.
This prevents them from having to do it multiple times.

Make sure you send me a statement every month.
I get 8-9 per year instead of regular monthly statements, then they say that I'm past due. Send a bill on the same date every month.

My experience would be improved if both the balance due and amount owed at the current time was displayed on the invoice.

Allow entry of payment amount different than invoice amount.
The base rate for my grandson's daycare is 850.00. There are additional charges when there are longer days. My daughter pays part, my husband and I pay part. I needed to be able to pay 400.00 but your invoicing system would only allow me to pay up to the amount outstanding on the original invoice. Very inconvenient.

If a credit card fails to approve, list the reason why. Not just "ERROR try again later"
When paying with a card I often get the fault saying error try again later, but it doesn't describe what the problem was. My customers often complain of the same thing. It would be nice to know what is causing the problems.
