Send invoices out proactively
Send invoices out proactively so that everyone doesn't have to individually email requesting a link. Statements were sent out late and by the time they were received, there was barely enough mail time without being accessed a penalty. I received my invoice on 1/4 (the next day was Sunday) and payment was due by 1/10.

Once a debit/credit card is on file. Keep information so customer does not have to resend every month.

I cannot log into my Intuit account because of a forgotten password and forgotten hint -- your phone number support phone tree does not offer any help on web credentials. Help!

Caps don't work in name field in Chrome
The name field is not working properly. It kept returning an error to "enter a proper name less than 50 characters" but after trouble shooting, it worked if i entered my name in all lowercase

Conspicuously notify that that there is a "convenience charge" for credit card payments
Let customers know in advance, CONSPICUOUSLY, that there will be a convenience fee for credit card payments. give customers the ability to opt out before submitting.

Being able to pay more
I would like to pay more than the posted amount. If someone has a recurring monthly amount it would be great to be able to overpay when there is extra payday or extra money.

The invoice should include an option for the amount due for the full year.
The invoice should include the amount due for the full year versus 6 months. The full year is not quite double because of the locker fee is billed annually. Also, there should be an option to pay the full year amount in the electroninc payment options. Right now it only shows the 6 months bill option.
