I am upset it took my single payment when for my needs, wanted to pay for the full year and not just one month. Will not use QuickBooks to pay another bill. Now will be writing a check for the balance of 11 monthly payments when was easier to have written it for 12 or the full year and now records on our end or confused due to you lack of reasonable option.
