Have a way to pay online for invoices that are sent by USPS mail
Customers would like a way to pay their invoices online without having to receive the invoice by email. We still send the majority of our invoices by US Postal Service. It would be nice if they could go to a website to make a payment.

Add own amount. Have an option to add own amount that you would like to pay.

Credit/Debit Card Selection
It wasn't clear to me whether I was selecting "debit card" or "credit card" when I was making payment. And honestly, I didn't even notice the selection until after I'd hit the "Process My Payment" button. It led to a moment of panic. I hope your form defaults to credit card. Or else, you could ask customers to make that selection BEFORE they enter their card information.

The email should state to click only on the bluelink, not go to the website, which has no way to login
The email we get should explicitly say to only click on the blue link at the bottom, rather than go to the website listed, which has no login option

Sign into bank to pull checking account info rather than asking me to find a check
If I don't have a check handy to find my banking number, let me sign in - I already use mint, etc. and pull it that way

Allow multiple payment amounts!!!
Used to able to pay more than one invoice at a time but no longer able. Suggesting the company using you switch to another payment service. So Frustrating!!

Improve Customer Service overall at Intuit.
I had to contact Customer Service. After close to an hour on hold I gave up. Attempting to find a support email address online (there is none), I discovered that Intuit customer service has a steady stream of 1 star reviews. This is clearly an area needing investment and improvement.

ONE ACCOUNT, ABILITY TO SEE ALL INVOICES ON ONE ACCOUNT
the entire system is a pain, I would like to see my account in its entirety and not 50 invoices, etc. It is ridiculous that each invoice is separate. If I had a choice, I would not use the company that uses this system. Anyone should be able to log onto their account and see the ACCOUNT in full. Awful system
