whoops! i clicked "debit card" by mistake vs. "credit card" - i hope the transaction goes thru! All the other sites aren't like this :(
make your site like other websites... accept either a debit or credit card using the same method. And put a phone number to call on the purchase page so I can call now to see if my transaction went thru.

How about saving the details so that I don’t have to renter them
How about saving my payment details so that I don’t have to renter them every time I pay the same person.
If this feature is already available it is not obvious to me how to find it.

I was not able to copy and paste my account info. This is frustrating and causes inaccuracies.
I repeatedly entered wrong information because I was not able to copy and paste my account/routing number which has the same digit repeated several times. Why invite mistakes for no reason?

Allow last pass to fill in my credit card number and CVV code instead of making me manually enter it.
Alternately let me use PayPal to pay. In most cases I just don;t buy from a vendor that doesn't let last pass fill in my credit card details.

Another option other than through email and bank transfers
A secured website using a credit or debit card. I don’t like having to pay via email and a bank account transfer. It just isn’t safe and secure

Along with name on the CC, have a “Reason for Charge” option; mostly for bookkeeping on the card holder’s end
I have to use my one CC for multiple businesses with different names; having an option to list the specific business I’m using the charge for will save me time & leg work.

It appears that you have received more than enough requests for any one suggestion - how many does it take for you to make the changes requested? How do we know these are even being read much less considered? Please respond to the suggestions that have been offered since you asked how YOU can IMPROVE on our experience (THAT WE ARE PAYING YOU FOR).

Include the Payment realm at the end of the Invoice.
Include the Payment realm at the end of the Invoice instead of making it a two piece excusion. Where Bank Payments are required, record the Routing & A/C Numbers and send a stament simply saying: "Pay This Amount". I say "NO" to Credit cards as this only increases the individual's dept.
