Show TOTAL due on ALL invoices not just current one!
Please show us the grand total we owe, not JUST the current invoice!! I’d like to be able to pay more than one invoice amount at a time, but never know how much is total due, it only shows the current invoice amount! So frustrating!!

allow "reminders" email after user missed or forgot to pay
Sometimes I say "I'll get back to that invoce" that I receive, then forget
I would like a reminder email ( maybe even an option in the invoice itself )e.g. - remind me in two weeks if I haven't paid this yet

it would have been nice if you could have prompted me to pay for both outstanding invoices,
it was good that you did allow me to pay the second invoice that was outstanding

i have reported this problem of auto pay several times in the past. you guys never even acknowledge that you received this. This is the worst company i have ever delt with. Get with the program and act like a professional business. Please update your auto pay because i use to have it but now it has disappeared from the face of the earth.

Please use a secure website htpps//:. Entering banking info on a nonsecure website is extremely risky

add the description to the subject line so these do not nest in email
the nesting costs me money. they get buried 8 deep and I miss paying them then get charges 8% for missing it in a deep nested thread with all the same subject line. Just add a unique identifier to the subject so this is its own email!!! PLEASE!!! Or, get that autopay going. This is easier.

Quickbooks printing of the invoice printed it too small and unreadable. There were no instructions to resize it to make it useful
Provide instructions to people who wish to print the invoice and resize the default settings to normal 8.5 x 11 paper

Allow scheduled payments from multiple accounts!
I can pay my invoice with two different payment methods. I can schedule a payment in advance (pay this invoice next Tuesday). But I cannot schedule paying off a balance from two different accounts (next Tuesday, pay $*** from account 1 and $YYY from account 2). Since I had to use two accounts, I had to wait until the payment date to create the split transaction.

Remove the tip line. Its a ridiculous trend to have to tip everyone...and this is a contractor invoice - I wouldn't be tipping a contractor
Remove the tip line. Its a ridiculous trend to have to tip everyone...and this is a general contractor invoice - I wouldn't be tipping a contractor and it makes my contractor look tacky to have it on there.
