    The worst customer service and client retention I have ever experienced. You have no idea how much hate your company at this moment in time. I will never use you again and when I am asked what I think of you. I will tell the story of how you gave me bad advice and then charged me for a service that you told me I would not have to pay for.

  11. Intuit should mark these comments/complaints as fixed or in-process or not fixed so people know that you are doing something about the issue

    When Intuit does not provide updates, it looks like you are just ignoring these suggestions. Having an update would improve your customer relations.
