  7. Enter What Month the actual Invoice is for.....

    List the Month on the Invoice in which the Service is for...Example if the Invoice is Due 7-1-2020,,,,,,,,,,,,,Is the payment for July Services or is it for Past Services which would be June 2020??

  19. There is no log off on the page that says "Paid" so that means this is not entirely secure from hackers.

    There should be a "log off" tab on the web page that is there after the invoice is paid and the consumer can log off otherwise this site is subject to hackers

  20. Prompt billing. I got my annual bill on 6/30, which was also the day it was due to be paid without penalty.

    Give me more than one day to respond to and pay a bill so that I don't incur a 1.5% penalty.

    BTW - Will does a great job for us.
