  3. Either disclose that you charge an outrageous 3.5% fee for credit cards before doing the service or stop charging 3.5% on credit card transa

    Disclose your 3.5% fee for credit card transactions before doing any service. It should be disclosed immediately as it is the highest percentage I have ever come across as a private business or personal expense. I wonder how much business you lose with this fee. I for one won't be doing business with you again unless you lose the fee.

  4. Add a button on the actual invoice to make payment.

    Hi,
    I thought the payment would be from the invoice rather than from the email. Would be nice to click a button on the invoice to make a payment.

  14. I thought I had already paid for rush production during the original checkout. Feels like I am paying for rush production twice.

    Bothered that time has been potentially wasted as a result of this process. Had hoped the paddle would have already shipped by now... hopefully it arrives in time, and preserves my confidence for future orders.
