Paying bills is never fun but it can be less of a chore if there’s a rewarding experience at the end like a screen covered in fireworks Or some other congratulatory Gif. A surprise at the end of your Bill paying that leaves it on a nice note

How about just working! How about that? Maybe just simply loading? Operating like EVERY OTHER WEBSITE? HOW ABOUT THAT?!
For a company claiming to make things simple, you’ve lost the plot. How about fixing, whatever nonsense your CEO thought was clever, so that your PAY site, for customers, actually lets them pay without hassle.

Named PDF Files
Please output the resulting "download pdf receipt" with an appropriate file name, like "GM-WA07-3-2019" for instance ( a bill I just paid from the vendor Western Avenue on July 3rd, 2019). That way I don't have to rename it..

Allow for and track overpayments so I'm in credit
If I want to overpay one month so I don't need to be near a computer the next invoice time, the system should be able to track it and hold it automatically.

Please have an option for changing a phone number!
I cant change my personal phone number even after getting into my account. There isn't a personal account information page to edit? Phone numbers change all the time. How do we get into our accounts if our numbers change and don't have access to other options? Ridiculous

Sync to Payee's QBO as Bill & Payment
As a business, logged-in to my QBO account, when I pay an invoice from a vendor, I would like it to ask me if I'd like this transaction to post an Expense transaction with the invoice # as the reference #. Or record a bill + payment.

I was told I could make a 50% deposit, yet that was not an option
If the vendor allows for a deposit you should give that as an option, also was suppose to be able to download the payment yet it failed.

The invoice shows a transaction ID. It would be better if there were also an account.membership number.

Unable to make payment using IPhone and iPad while on WiFi. It would be easier if this were possible.

You must provide a process to prove to me that you are you and that you represent the people I am trying to pay.
I just gave you everything you need to empty my checking account. Based on a email and a web site. All of which are easily spoofable.
You must do better than this. RSA based public key signing of your invoice is the minimum you should do to prove your identity.

Buy and install an 'Extended Validation' TLS certificate for your payment website, so your payors know that they are really talking to Intuit.
It's astonishing that Intuit does not do this already. It shows little regard for the security of your user's data.

I need the invoice with the registrant's name printed on the receipt.
I need a copy of my receipt for Aura Young to be printed with her name on it.

Have a secondary button asking "are you sure you want to pay XXX amount". Accidentally pressed the pay button without updating the amount I wanted to pay

Allow you to see multiple and future invoices in your account. Not require your company to send you a new link each time.
Allow you to have a link to company to view all invoices; upcoming and past invoices. Only able to see current invoices. Company must send me link to see current o/s invoice. Can only see o/s invoice only.
