Fees
It seems that being charged to pay is a strange way to do business.
I would think you would want to encourage, loyal, good paying customers
to pay and not discourage them. I have to pay you to pay you?!?!.
Drop the quote un quote "handling fees".
Clean Communities provides the best trash service in the business. We have used several and that is a fact. You don't need these types of tactics to make money, just keep providing the great service that you do and word of mouth will make you the money you deserve.1 vote -

Make this particular payment portal utilize the same visual feel of the rest of your website. I spent 30 min. just determining if this was a scam email directing me to a scam website. The rest of your general intuit sites are wonderful, and use modern CSS - but this payment portal looks like it was designed in 1994. I had to actually sign in to Intuit before I could rest assured that the website was indeed legitimate.

Make it work correctly.
Links to print invoice or receipt don't work in Internet Explorer and rarely work in Chrome. Your whole thing is VERY TEMPERAMENTAL! Based on my experience as a customer, I would never subject my customers to this frustration.

I get 3-4 invoices from the same company every month, but have to log in separately for each one - prefer to log in once to view and pay all
For my child's school, I get 3-4 invoices a month and need to sign in separately to pay each one. It would be great to sign in once, view and pay all invoices, then download all paid receipts without having to sign in more than one time for all of it.

Please add a way to delete multiple invoices at one time, instead of one by one. Huge waste of time.

Posting expense in Quickbooks
Auto posting an expense in my QuickBooks account. When making a credit card payment and the payee also uses QuickBooks, it would be great if the payment is automatically entered into QuickBooks so that it is easier to match when reconciling the credit card feed.

Fix your website... It accepts my login credentials, but then just hangs!
Fix your website! I always pay from my mobile device b/c I don't log on to my pc every day. This is cumbersome, because when I do log in from my pc, I am forced to get a code sent to my email first. What happened??? Everything worked fine until about 2 months ago

Don't make me get a verification code every time I log in.
Having to get a verification code every time I log in is extremely irritating. In the time it takes to wait for the verification email, open it and go back to the site, I can just as easily enter all of my credit card information. Why waste my time? I logged in. It's me. Please fix this.
