Change "from" email to MY email address for invoices
I want my invoices to come from MY email address, not some Intuit email address. My customers are not receiving my invoices because of this. What a huge problem! Constant Contact can do this, I expect Quickbooks to be able to do this. I'm on the verge of canceling my service over this.

make the save info for future payments and subsequent sign-in link more visible
It is not obvious to most customers that they need to "sign-in" to pay and access saved payment information. I repeatedly have customers complaining that they don't like having to re-enter their payment info.

Overpayment
I used to be able to pay 2 weeks worth of payments... and now I can only pay between 1.00 and 144.00 this is very inconvenient as I get paid biweekly and like to just get the whole 2 weeks paid at once. I haven’t had this issue in the past.

Importing from Excel CSV file into QuickBooks Online - Invoices and Bills
Make importing data function from excel CSV file be available for invoices and bills.
This is already available in the UK plan and they pay far less than US customers. Make no sense why this feature is not available to the millions of QBO users in the US.

I always prefer to get an itemized invoice so I know what I'm paying for, not just one lump sum and assume it's correct.
send me an itemized invoice, not one total amt for all work done and I have not a clue what I just paid for.

On mobile device (iPad), can’t check the box to save payment info
There’s an option to check a box to save the account info so it will display next time. But the box is broken on my iPad...can’t tick it.

Fix “Unable to load invoice” bug
The process is great when it works! But about 10-20% of the time, the invoices I receive via email cannot be opened by clicking on them. The error message advice is to copy and paste the URL into a new browser window, but that doesn’t work, either. The only resolution seems to be for the business owner to cancel and reissue the invoice.
My theory is that the hashes being generated to create the invoice URL occasionally contain characters that aren’t able to be processed correctly by the browser. I’ve noticed that the broken URLs often end with a period,…

Security concern
Need to have better protection for individuals that are making payments. You rely too heavily on the person that is expecting payment to be made to send the correct link to the payer. The payer should have some way to hold the link that is sent to the correct account for validation. Seems to open to anymore that was provided that one link.
Suggest 2FA validation, email, and account number tie backs for complete transparency so that everyone is aware where the payment is going to and coming from.

name or label payment
Naming invoice.... In addition to the invoice ID, be able to name the payment. This would make it easier to locate when you are looking for it. Such as, After Care, 9/2019 (or AC/Sept 2019).
