Why do you ask what you can do to improve your service and you are covered in requests to pay more than 1 invoice at a time but yet you don'
Why do you ask how you can improve our experience yet you have many requests to allow us to pay more than one invoice at a time but you still don't. Even though all of my vendors that allow online payments can handle that task just fine!

Late Fees update needed
We need some way to add a flat fee per client per month and not per invoice. There should be a way to have a new invoice created monthly for a client that has a past due balance for one flat fee , or % of balance due, for the client for any month there is any past due balance.
Example: a client has a past due balance and if payment is not received by the 10th of the month, on the 11th - QB would create a new invoice for a flat late fee of $25 for each client…

HOW ABOUT NOT NAMING EVERY INVOICE THE SAME NAME "RECEIPT.PDF"
Naming invoices a different name each time you save a invoice. All pdf invoices are saved as "receipt.pdf". If you are getting monthly invoices or from multiple companies you can't just save all the invoices without going through a big process to rename them. Allow customer to name or rename receipt. Alternatively, add the invoice number and some company ID to the end of the receipt. Like Receipt15670027.pdf

Name downloaded files with useful human readable names
I really don't understand why after all this time, that when you download a receipt, the filename is the most useless and always to be renamed word "receipt". It should be something at least like "<merchant>receipt<date>.pdf"
I'm ok whatever you come up with, if it has the date and the merchant info so the file is easily identifiable as to whom it is from and when it was for.1 vote -
Payment for only work completed
We are paying for the the pointing work. Upon completion of the waterproofing in spring/ summer, we will pay the remainder. It would be nice to be able to include comments on payment with the payment and not have to make a comment here. Thanks

Who's on auto pay? Place it on the dashboard
It is very difficult as an employer to find out who has signed up for Auto pay. Many of our clients are set up on ACH but it is inconvenient to have to go in every month and pull money from each client's account. Naturally the option of auto pay is very attractive not only to the business but also for the client or potential client. The problem is however, figuring out who has actually signed up for auto pay because we do not get any type of notification from QuickBooks that Mr Smith or Mrs Jones has just signed…

enable users who login in to view invoice & payment history
Invoice and payment history accessibility has been requested by multiple users for years. Not much to explain. If users created an account and login they should be able to access a history log of invoices received and paid.

Better customer service
First you need to let customers aware their estimate was complete and what is expected regarding payment. Stop communicating by email and talk to your customers. I shouldn't have had to call as many times as I did. Customers dont lime to hear excuses. Conduct yourselves as a business.

invoice download button not working
After paying an invoice. On the page where you get a "Download Receipt" you also have a "Download Invoice" button. if you use the "Download Invoce" it downloads an invoice that still shows a balance due. The user should no longer be able to download a previous invoice at all.

Allow a partial portion of an invoice to be paid
Allow a partial invoice or be paid. I sometimes do not have enough cash to pay a whole invoice and want to pay part of it using a credit. Allow only part of an invoice to be paid.

The filename of the downloaded receipt is "receipt". It should be "Invoice XXXX Receipt" so it will show in my file list next to the invoice
The filename of the downloaded receipt is "receipt". It should be "Invoice XXXX Receipt" so it will show in my file list next to the invoice which it paid. Both start with Invoice XXXX for alphabetizing purposes. But when it's just named "receipt" i have to rename it or overwrite the previous receipt which could result in a loss of information that could be easily avoided.
