See below re putting dates on invoices and returning items such as political signs on the lawn and the doormat outside the front door back.
We'd like dates of service to be included on invoices, as most companies do. We've asked for this previously. In addition, we'd like the men to put things such as the mat at the front door back where it was prior to their mowing the lawn, and the same goes for political signs that may be on our lawn. They whip through the lawn pretty quickly, so that may contribute to their forgetting to do these two things. Thank you.

Allow a partial payment when agreed upon with the biller
In a situation where there was a small outstanding item owed, we agreed with company to pay 100 less than amount to assure their acknowledgment of an owed item. It would be nice to alter the payment amount.

Fix things please
When one clicks on download recept the site shows activity however nothing arrived on my desktop computer. Next make The QuickBooks site secure. The Chrome browser was not happy being told to proceed to the QB site as it is unsecure. You are asking for my bank details!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

assign an invoice template to each customer
it would be great to be able to assign a template to each customer so I don't have to pick it every time I create a new invoice. This would include custom email verbiage for individual customers.

Your receipt download files are generic 'receipt' and 'invoice'. Prefer 'elephant_receipt_YYYYMMDD' and 'elephant_flooring_invoice_YYYYMMDD'

Have a unique name for each months reciept so you can keep each month
Right now I pay online and it gives me an option to save my receipt but every month the receipt saves with the same name without a save as option so it asked if I really want to download the file again and you have to say yeah but then it replaces last months receipt with the most current one but I wanna save them all so I have proof I paid.

Make the "Download Receipt" filename include the invoice #
When I click Download Receipt, all I get as a file name is "Receipt", and there's no easy way to access the Invoice # so I can create a meaningful unique filename. So, essentially, this is a request to help me cutout 1 or 2 extra bit's of tedium when saving the receipt file.
