ACH payment is confusing
The invoicing company is auto filled in the check information area for ACH payment. It should not be. The account holder should be the company, not a first and last name when paying with a business check. With these issues, if I did not know the invoicing company well, I would have mailed a check and his payment would have been delayed unnecessarily.

Integrate paying an incoming QB invoice with QB desktop
Unbelievable that your payment system does not integrate with your accounting software. Manually copying information from the invoice into QB desktop is a waste of time. Would rather write a check.

Payment Information entered automatically in debiting QB account
I am a QB user.
When I receive invoices from other QB users there should be a way to link the transaction so it appears automatically in my QB account

Allow Signing In/Creating New Account before you enter CC details
Offer the option to sign in or create account earlier before filling out the payment method details and then losing what you entered.

Can the info from the invoice I paid to another company be entered directly into my own quickbooks account?
Since I sign into my intuit account to pay an invoice, seems like ti would be easy to link with my own quickooks so I don't have to re-enter the invoice myself

Invoice was sent to me, I logged in with my business account, yet there was no integration to import the invoice into my business account.

make it so you have option to set up a new account on payment page
My email said invoice was due. I clicked and it was brought directly to the payment page which was great. I entered my card info etc and there is a box that says you can save payment type for next time. I cannot click it because it says you need an account. I will sign up for one now but you could make a way to sign up for one right then

Too confusing. Not clear what I owe. You had two amounts on my bill and then now I see I have an 85.00 credit.
Do not put two totals on the invoice. Just the total amount owed.

put a link to pay my bill under my account
Instead of me going through my emails to find your invoice, you should just have a link under my account. Also I would prefer to have one bill instead of multiple small bills.
