Recurring Transactions with Variables
It would be great if when I create recurring transactions I could define variables. I can think of uses cases for about every line and memo field etc. If I could say %current month% so the line item said "services rendered july" and create/send recurring transactions on a set date like the First or Fifteenth.. I get some bills due on the 31st and others on the 30th or 1st.. It's crazy especially around February...

Group and add all-time entries to the new invoices
Please put back the feature to group time activities by service. We GREATLY need the ability to efficiently group and add all-time entries to the new invoice experience. Doing it one by one is time consuming and UNsustainable. Thank you.

New invoice system that forces unlink or will cancel the time entry
Please put back the option to either unlink a time entry OR NOT when it is deleted from an invoice. We GREATLY need the ability to allow a time entry to be connected to an invoice without it actually appearing on the invoice. In the old system, the pop-up window would ask "Do you want to unlink this or not?" so we could choose. I really need to be able to do both at different times. Thank you.

Ability to scan directly into QBO
It would be helpful to have the ability to be able to directly scan receipts or documents directly into QBO instead of having to scan the document onto the computer and then drag/drop into QBO.

Remove Completed Projects from List on Timesheets page
As Projects are marked as "Completed" they should be removed from the list of Projects. Currently it can confuse employees into thinking the project is still active.

Expense Transactions Split Bills don't show Location
On the Expense Transactions page listing all bills, etc. when a bill is split, the location is not shown on main page. It shows split.
Locations can't be split on same bill, so this field should show actual location and not "split"

Allow Budget vs Actual Reports to show more columns to compare Actuals vs YTD Budget vs ANNUAL Budget.
We want to show each Department Head, where that Department stands with Actuals Income/Expenses at a certain date vs their Dept Budget at that same certain date, while still showing them the remaining Budget available by showing them the Annual Budget as well, all on one report. Other Programs have provisions for that without exporting to Excel and configuring it ourselves.

Please update Fixed Asset Manager to allow ALL Fixed Assets to show on a Report, not just the ones that have remaining depreciation.
Our Auditors want us to use a Fixed Asset Manager to reconcile to our Fixed Assets and Depreciation in the General Ledger/Balance Sheet. The FAM that QBO offers only includes Depreciable Assets, not Assets that have already been depreciated and still owned by Company.
Also, please condense the Depreciation into one large Journal Entry that encompasses totals for GL #s. Currently there is an individual Journal Entry to each Individual GL # for each individual asset. We have close to 100 assets. This makes the General Ledger unnecessarily lengthy.2 votes
