    Start by installing and opening the SysInfo HostGator Backup Tool on your computer. Once it launches, log in with your HostGator email credentials (email ID, password, hostname, and port). After signing in, the tool will automatically load your mailbox and display all folders like Inbox, Sent, Drafts, etc.

    Now, select the folders or specific emails you want to migrate. In the next step, instead of choosing a file format, select the destination email service such as Gmail, Office 365, or any IMAP-based account. Then, enter the login details of the destination account where you want to move your emails.

    You can also apply filters at this stage, like choosing a specific date range or excluding attachments, to make the migration more precise. Once everything is set, click the Convert button. The tool will begin to backup HostGator emails and directly transfer them to the selected email service while maintaining the original folder structure.
