I am a QuickBooks Online subscriber based in Argentina, and I would like to formally request the activation of the email forwarding feature for receipts and vendor bills — the one that allows users to send or forward documents to a custom @qbodocs.com address for automatic data extraction and bill creation.

Add a payroll deduction code similar to the 401k code for government employees in a 457 plan where the W-2 Box 12 Code G would be used.
I currently support governmental organizations for the State of Virginia who would like to convert from QB Desktop to QBO but QBO does not offer a pre-tax payroll deduction code for a 457 deferred compensation plan where the W-2 Box 12 Code would be a G. This should be an easy replication of the existing 401k deduction that uses Code D in box 12. See highlighted portion of page 9 of the Attachment. Without this feature, VA governmental agencies are forced to stay on QB Desktop.

OST file unreadable: how to access emails without Outlook?
My OST file has become unreadable after Outlook stopped responding repeatedly. Even launching Outlook in safe mode does not help anymore. Since the server is unreachable, I cannot resync or recreate the profile. However, the OST file still contains valuable email data that I must retrieve.
