I am a QuickBooks Online subscriber based in Argentina, and I would like to formally request the activation of the email forwarding feature for receipts and vendor bills — the one that allows users to send or forward documents to a custom @qbodocs.com address for automatic data extraction and bill creation.

After contacting customer support, I was informed that this feature is currently unavailable for the Argentine version of QBO. I strongly believe this is a gap that needs to be addressed as a priority.

Small and medium-sized businesses in Argentina face the same operational complexity as businesses in any other region. We deal with multiple suppliers, high volumes of invoices, and the constant pressure to keep our accounting records up to date — all while managing lean teams. Tools like automated bill capture are not a luxury; they are a fundamental efficiency driver that directly impacts how well we can run our operations.

By limiting access to this feature based on geography, Intuit is creating an uneven playing field where Argentine businesses are forced to rely on manual data entry while users in other regions benefit from automation that saves time, reduces errors, and improves financial visibility.

We are paying subscribers who expect — and deserve — access to the full suite of tools that QuickBooks Online offers. Operational efficiency is not a regional privilege.

I urge the product team to prioritize the rollout of this feature to Argentina and other Latin American markets. The demand is real, the use case is clear, and the impact on our day-to-day operations would be immediate and significant.
