Admin role without access to financial transactions needed to meet SOC compliance!
Today, the admin custom role does not allow for customized admin only to be able to manage people and access as per SOC 2 compliance. It gives the company admin the right to perform and conduct financial transactions! I go to create a customer admin role, and the manage user is X'd out. Please fix this asap.

Email Template for Invoices not working properly
We have two company names that invoices are sent out for. Prior to latest update, invoices would default to "co1" and cc "co1"'s email address on the invoice that was being sent. We would use the customize button and select "co2" for our other company. Once we did that the system would populate the email with the correct logo for "co2" and would automatically cc the correct email address for "co2" With the latest update I can change the logo using the "design" button but this doesn't correct the email address to match the company.

Removed "review & print" option in last update
Prior to update I could select "review and print" invoices. This allowed me to review and make changes to invoice email, then click print (review invoice), then click send invoice. This allowed me to edit email, and view/print the invoice before clicking send, all in one place.

Recent update took away option to close Estimates
Before recent update I was able to close Estimates once the job had been completed and billed. I no longer have that option. We have a different s/w where we create invoices and they are transmitted to QB so I can't use the "convert to invoice" feature. Because the "close" option is gone I can no longer audit active estimates in our system.
