If I receive a " SUCCESS Payment Message" then why do I have to receive and type in a CODE...what's the purpose of that? Just wasted time.

I only use my mobile
I only use my mobile phone for emergencies, so there should be a landline or e-mail alternative to get the code instead of the annoying nuisance of using my mobile every time I make a payment.

Your site is messed up between 2 vendors and not letting me make payment and my bank stated it is not on my end.

The number of charge
The number of charges do not show up in my Quickbooks for pending bills even though the Payments are being processed through the Quickbooks.

I have tried both debit & credit cards but payment fails on both. Would like to set up autopay but that is "not enabled". My virus program says your site is not safe. Could that be the problem? Why are you not safe?

It is rediculous to
It is rediculous to have a $25 convience fee to pay online when using a checking account. That is charging people just because you can, and that is just wrong.

Merchant offers the
Merchant offers the ability to deduct Credit Card fee if paying by Bank Check, which I've been able to do with payments to this merchant in the past thus. I could not adjust the payment this time & was over-charged $28.07. Lesson learned: I will not pay thru QuickBooks again!

It would be great to
It would be great to be able to make notes. I had paid part of my invoice in a draw and was left to make the remainder payment. I was able to change the amount but not get to note why.
