    All online payment centers offer credit card.
    Student centric areas supported by colleges consider student friendly payment methods thru apps like Venmo.

  6. Ability to edit payment receipt template

    Please include this function... Doesnt make sense that invoice and sales receipt can be amended but not the payment receipt (the receipt issued upon receiviing payment related to an invoice)...as there could be a standard text to be used by the company at the payment receipt...and current process need to copy and paste this standard text everytime payment is received

    Your form does not make it easy for me to pay from a forwign country
    If you gave the option to utilise commin international identifiera it would be easier

    I like to pay as soon as I get notice so I don’t forget but not due until end of month. Would like to choose date for payment to go through.

    On Desktop version, we could create custom columns. Please reinstate on Online Version.

  13. columns on invoice templates that are hidden when printed

    I would like to recommend that this feature was reinstated. We love it on the Desktop version.

    For example,

    1. on invoices that are memorized, we have a column that is always visible to us. In it we note when the last price increase was made for this customer.

    2. We have another column that has notes on what we’ve charged in the past for specific extras.

    We like features that keep as much info as possible in QB so that we don’t have to have separate spreadsheets to track info.

  14. Invoice # should not create old invoice number again

    We are having an issue when invoice numbering is messed creates old invoice numbers. We didnt know this was happening emailed many customers. Please make it simple! dont have to check if its creating new invoice # cotinuously or not. Dont have the time. I should not be worrying about this! I used Joist in the past never had this issue!!!!!!

  17. Have the ability to add a Freight Charge dropdown

    We have a policy where we charge a freight amount on an order that is under $500.00

    For example, if an order is $256.50 we would charge a 15% on freight, however we currently have to do this manualy.

    What I would love to see is the ability to either change the current drop down for Discount, OR have a new drop down where you can apply specific (pre set up) Freight Charges, so it would automatically add the % to the order depending on what one you have selected!

  18. Being able to receive deposits that can be applied to future Invoices

    Similar to the one in QB Desktop
