Ability to edit payment receipt template
Please include this function... Doesnt make sense that invoice and sales receipt can be amended but not the payment receipt (the receipt issued upon receiviing payment related to an invoice)...as there could be a standard text to be used by the company at the payment receipt...and current process need to copy and paste this standard text everytime payment is received

I totally agree! Having the ability to edit the payment receipt template would save a lot of time and improve efficiency. Being able to include standard text directly in the receipt without manually copying and pasting each time would be such a helpful feature. It makes sense to have consistency in all types of receipts, not just invoices and sales receipts. Hope this functionality is added soon! This is needed now! It is very critical that we be able to create a template for the receipts that customers receive after making payments.

We are also having to copy and paste a better worded 'Body' text into each email, which is an absolute waste of time and the users need to remember to do this. I truly can't believe the basic functionality isn't within QB to do this it's 2021 not 1970....
