    This is your account being locked if your late, or behind. It makes you have to call your merchant. I've done this a few times.

    Every month I receive the following message:

    Temporarily unavailable
    We appreciate your patience while we fix this issue.
    Please try again later.
    Need help?
    If you continue to have trouble, contact us.

    I just found out that in at least some cases this is the error you get when trying to pay more than the system allows ($50,000 for online bank payments). If the error message would just say that it would save a bunch of troubleshooting time.
