  4. I pressed the butto

    I pressed the button that very clearly says "PAY $12,500" but your flawed system went ahead and paid all three invoices totaling over $70,000. This is a HUGE violation of fiduciary responsibility on your part! I will never use your "Pay Here" system again if I can help it!

    I authorized one invoice for $ 1,100.00 but their system charged me old invoice which where not authorized by myself. Never has this happen with QB before - maybe the vendors error

    The default option is for quickbooks to store my payment information. It requires action on my part for this NOT to happen. That should not be the case.
    Also, my receipt for a recent payment was a zip file. This is strange. It should not be a zip file.

    W-A-A-A-A-A-Y too complicated to add a new card, to log in with my existing Intuit account, to get confirmation codes either by text or by email. I will let me vendor know I'm unhappy with their choice of payment options.

  17. I am a consumer who

    I am a consumer who is using your system to pay a vendor. My credit cards have extra percentage discounts for specific purchase categories; examples include online shopping, groceries and home repairs. There is very mininal information in your payment system that indicates to my credit card issuers that purchases made via Intuit Quickbooks are from specific product categories. Please add purchase categorization details to your payment system.

  18. Trying to set up an

    Trying to set up an auto pay account to pay my Sky Ten Communications monthly invoice. Since you already have my email, it is not allowing me to continue to set up. You need to get a PERSON answering, instead of AI to not help at all, very frustrating and time consuming to not have any customer service!!! I called them after to tell them. PLEASE work your issues out with tis company asap. Thanks very much.

    I purposefully deselected save payment information yet I get this response on the payment confirmation: Account created and payment method saved to your wallet

    When I click the follow-up links I'm taken to an Intuit account page with no details about my wallet.
