16. Allow us to nickname the credit cards so we can easily identify which payment method when using more than one card

    Nickname payment methods. Some people like myself use different cards for different vendors. It would be easier to identify which payment method to use if there was a Nickname other than dragging out all the cards to check to to see if the default last payment card is the one you want to use for the current invoice.

17. Bring back apply option.

    I used just pop open my invoice hit apply pay and I was done. Now i have to search through my house find my wallet and find my credit card type it all in and pay. Seems ridiculous I know but I never have my wallet with me when I open to pay.

18. Let me know in advance that you'll be sending me an e-mail confirmation - would have solved in advance several problems I worried about.

    Also, a way to confirm ahead that when I view an e-mail invoice, that I can quickly know whether it's been paid or unpaid. Not essential, but it would make it so convenient not to have to look it up.
