Let me know in advance that you'll be sending me an e-mail confirmation - would have solved in advance several problems I worried about.
Also, a way to confirm ahead that when I view an e-mail invoice, that I can quickly know whether it's been paid or unpaid. Not essential, but it would make it so convenient not to have to look it up.

Mail invoice. I prefer to send check.
Include mailing address of business on invoice—-not there now.
