URGENT - MANY CLIENTS MISS THIS BUTTON
THIS IS SO STRANGE... I love quickbooks online and find it largely very well laid out, easy to use, email invoices, get paid. All great
But it's so weird that a VERY IMPORTANT BUTTON HIDDEN IN PLANE SIGHT. there is something about the VIEW INVOICE Button that very few folks see.
I mean like more than 50% of clients click on the link, see the number for an invoice and then email back asking for more information and details. They are missing seeing the breakdown of costs, the math and the individual charges.
please consider - Moving the location? Changing…

How about getting your bank transfer to work!!!!
I entered my routing number and bank account information correctly. How about letting it go through and not saying payment method declined with no additional info!!!!!

Would u please send me invoices and pls break them down such as what u charge per hour per person , trip charge . Number hours charged for thank you ! Also we used the toilet seat and heater it worked for 2 days then we realized that it’s own separate, grounded outlet , which has nothing to do with u but then one of the hoses started leaking.we are not using it until we have the electrician come . Continue listening to customers.
If you continue to ask for feedback from customers, allow voting for changes suggested by customers and also actually making changes, which you have, this payment system will keep getting better. Horrible & Hopeless bill pay experience
Does NOT even tell us the reason WHY the payment keeps on getting declined and NO customer Service number or email or chat
What a UTTER USELESS service
Have the basic courtesy to atleast explain the error message or reason why the payments keep declined or have a dedicated customer service / help desk

Hidden constraint on password length when creating account
When creating a new account, the sign up form shows the following constraints on passwords:
- Use 8 or more characters
- Use upper and lower case letters (e.g. Aa)
- Use a number (e.g. 1234)
- Use a symbol (e.g. !@#$)
However, there's actually a fifth constraint, which is initially hidden from the user:
- Password length cannot exceed 32 characters
This constraint is only displayed to the user if they enter a password that's longer than 32 characters (see attached screenshots).
Whether it's wise to limit passwords to such an arbitrarily short length aside, I can't think of a reason why hiding this…

Card number entry problem
When entering a credit card, for each 4 numbers, the cursor would jump to the front of the first entry. EX attempting to enter 1234, results in the entry of 2341. Makes it VERY difficult to actually use.

Ability to edit automatic statements for clients
We need to be able to edit our statements to clients, we currently have an automatic statement going out monthly, but I cannot stop it. Please help me end the automatic statements or allow me to edit to show only past due balances.

Recurring Invoices
When the new invoice screen took over it removed the capability to "Make Recurring" as an option. I can go back to the old view and set up a recurring invoice but when I switch back to the new view it corrupts the recurring invoice and says the object cannot be found. When I go to recurring transactions it allows me to select New Recurring Invoice but when i press OK it just takes me to the invoice screen. The new version seems to have missed the invoice TEMPLATE screen.

To use CC or PayPal and not a bank acct
It would be 100 times easier to pay this right away with a credit card versus me having to find a check and enter in account numbers and routing numbers of a check even PayPal would be 110 times easier than entering routing numbers for a checking account like that seems so old school system not sure why y’all are not excepting credit card or PayPal or Venmo there’s lots of other ways to pay besides having to enter someone’s checking account which does not gel very safe
