Horrible & Hopeless bill pay experience
Does NOT even tell us the reason WHY the payment keeps on getting declined and NO customer Service number or email or chat
What a UTTER USELESS service
Have the basic courtesy to atleast explain the error message or reason why the payments keep declined or have a dedicated customer service / help desk
But you are ONLY interested in SALES & selling more of your SHI&&Y products to new customers
