Put a name for the account on the receipt. There are two doctors in this practice their name is not on the receipt. We paid Michigan Veterinary Medical Association for each of them. That name is on the receipt but not which doctor's name that was logged on name is included anywhere.

The merchant waited
The merchant waited so long to bill me, my invoice was huge. It wouldn't be as bad if he took part in the your payment plan. You should share with the merchant. I'm definitely telling him.

Have an area for notes to the contractor. With everyone working it is hard to meet up. If a special issue comes up it would be nice to have an area to leave a message. Thank you

Allow debit or credi
Allow debit or credit card to be used for payment to be posted from my account immediately. It takes a few days before it is even recognized as a pending payment.
