It's difficult to enter the credit card number because it doesn't write the number in the order I type it. The cursor jumps to the wrong position as I'm typing the number.

Don't try to block paste in account number. Clients just disable the block anyway, as they are copying and pasting directly from their bank website

Jay came by himself
Jay came by himself to look at it and give an estimate. He told me they were about 8 weeks out but would work me in quicker if they finished early somewhere else. They came out to give a quote on Wednesday, sent an official estimate on Thursday morning and called me Friday morning to let me know they would be here on the following Wednesday. Seven or eight guys were here and had the tree down and gone in no time. They left the area clean of any debris, very impressive.
