$25 online "convenience fee" for a bank transfer is unacceptable (and possibly illegal). You are getting your money promptly and in full. Please dispense with this. And accept credit cards.

I trired THREE times
I trired THREE times to pay directly from my Chase bank account and my payment was declined...with no reason. I called Chase...they said they would not decline it.All my info was correct. YOu only took a credit card payment. Why is that?????????????????????????????????????????

The invoice was supp
The invoice was supposed to have an option for partial payment, it did not, at least it was not intuitive. Also there is no "final review" step as is customary for all other online transactions I have used. Not to say that everything on this contract will go well, but it shifts all the risk to the customer. Only invoice the portions that are due, if not, do not pay the invoice until it is corrected.
