A convenience fee of $25.00 is unreasonable. In addition, you use deceptive practices to exact it from payors. Your statement on the payment screen say that I will not be charged this fee if I pay another way. I clicked on the Pay button thinking that I would be brought to a payment option screen but to my surprise you took the payment including the unreasonable $25 fee.
