I thought I was payi
I thought I was paying one invoice of $325 and instead it paid two invoices totaling $475. I did not authorize the $150 payment. My screen said I was paying $325 and then it told me I just paid $475. This is not correct. I had told Mr Vazquez that I disagreed with the $150 charge and would not be paying it. I expect a credit on my next bill or a refund on the $150

I just wanted to pay
I just wanted to pay one new invoice from a vendor online. When I went to pay, it said we had 12 past due invoices. I deselected all the ones from over a year ago that I could see. I changed the payment amount to the amount of the one invoice I wanted to pay ($1775). And when I hit pay it charged my bank account for over $5000 for old invoices I did NOT intend to pay (I don't even think I owe money for those still!!) This is completely unacceptable. While the payment process itself is seamless, the setup is currently a bit of a scavenger hunt. I had to manually call the business to ask them to enable credit card payments and re-issue the invoice. In fact, this prompted me to check my own account settings to make sure I hadn't made the same mistake! This feature needs to be much more prominent and accessible to prevent unnecessary support calls

Please give users the choice of downloading only the receipt after payment. (Sometimes we have been given this option, but today we could only 'download confirmation'.) We already have the invoice. It's inefficient and annoying to have to not only download extra files to be deleted, but having to extract the files from a zip file!

The edit option next
The edit option next to the provided total amount is way to light in font color! I’m proficient at online bill paying but reached out to the vendor for assistance to edit and he sent me a saved screen shot of where the edit was located. He said he gets that question at least once a week. It’s too easy to overlook.
