I just wanted to pay one new invoice from a vendor online. When I went to pay, it said we had 12 past due invoices. I deselected all the ones from over a year ago that I could see. I changed the payment amount to the amount of the one invoice I wanted to pay ($1775). And when I hit pay it charged my bank account for over $5000 for old invoices I did NOT intend to pay (I don't even think I owe money for those still!!) This is completely unacceptable. I did NOT authorize payment for more than the one invoice I was paying. How could you do this? I am never going to use your online payment service again for ANY of my 25 clients. This is completely unacceptable!!!
