  3. Bank account and debit security.

    Credit cards will reimburse you if it is stolen, breached or there is a dispute. Money taken from checking, debit cards and Zelle is just gone, never to to be retrieved. Unless Intuit is making guarantees for protecting those other payments I’m real Leary to send my money.

    If you're offering an option to schedule payment in advance, you should also enable editing the amount!!!
    I like to schedule all my payments in advance to pay on their due dates. But you're expecting me to pay the ENTIRE balance if I do that!!! That's unreasonable and unfair.
    The company that did the work and arranged the financing confirmed with me AHEAD OF my signing that I would pay monthly installments of a specified amount.
    But then they sent me an invoice for the WHOLE balance! While that may be their doing and not Intuit's, it seems to me…

    Provide some way to connect with you after the login process suddenly leads to "An unexpected error occurred" on a blank page. How about a troubleshooting link, or chat function. Cycling through the login process just leads to the same page again and again.

    Looking at the other posts, it appears you do not take any of these ideas serious as you haven't done a thing to FIX YOUR WEBSITE!!! Is it because you can't, won't or just too stupid to fix the product you created? I think it would bet great for you to go out of business, close your doors and fire everyone. IT';s Christmas! Oh and the drop or click upload files, DOES NOT WORK EITHER. Basically you guess are a waste of skin, it must be an american IT company as only 6 year old russian kids know IT.

  17. I have a great Idea, close the web site, fire all employees as this site DOES NOT WORK on MAC!!!!!!!

    it's 2021, create a website portal that works for all customers, not just the idiots that still use windows, it's a MAC world!!!!!!!! at least have your IT( Idiot technicians) use both formats when they are trying to make a working website

  18. allow payment changes

    as you still show a paid invoice for canceled payment method, allow client to modify payment information, you still show paid in fulkl for a stopped payment invoice, they sent me ne invoice, but quickbooks still shows canceled payment as valid a week after payment was stopped due to a mistake
