Why do you have to type your account number to confirm? I'm literally just typing the number I just pasted. How does that improve accuracy? Allow us to paste the number again or remove the flawed "feature".

Having to type your 'confirm account number' makes no sense. You're typing the number you just pasted. It doesn't protect from errors.

Intuit quickbooks do
Intuit quickbooks does not generate a receipt that is itemized like the invoice. Under the current system, I must keep 2 files, an invoice and a receipt, for each payment. I would prefer a more efficient system in which only one file would itemize my bill and confirm my payment.

Autopay keeps gettin
Autopay keeps getting turned off with no notifications. Makes me late almost every month. Had no problems for years now it's an issue almost every month
