    No shipping method indicated. Too high of a price!!!! They charged me $39.99 for RECYCLED PACKING MATERIALS, and $37+ for shipping medium, lightweight items. Never again

    For whatever reason, you would not accept my bank routing number and account number to pay an invoice. I ended up having to use PayPal, which is connected to the same bank account, account in order to make payment.

    I sent you an email regarding the price increase on 3/10/2025 with no response. I also called several times and the voicemail is full and also reflects a different phone number and was unable to leave a message. Is this how going forward we will not be able to have any contact wi5 you? I was told you have a senior discount.
