Stop charging me a convenience fee, I was not notified of, for providing you the convenience of not having to pay somone to manually log my check, take the check to the bank to cash it. This is a customer ripoff tactic. It is not for my convenience but for you to save money to have someone do the work. From now on I will pay with a snail mail check to you. You pay the person to handle loging it and cashing it.

The merchant can give prior notice. Send bill with a net 30 payment date, not the day before and expect people to have budgeted the bill in.

Invoice did not giv
Invoice did not give the option to sign in to QuickBooks as it has previously done. I have a saved payment method that I was not given the option to use. I had to enter all the information manually to pay the ivoice.
