  2. Let me actually pay!!!

    I been trying to use my debit card that is all I have by the way!!!!!! And it says to "try again later" well I been trying since 9am and it's 1:40 pm not exactly thrilled actually really frustrating!

  4. I click the pay button and it does nothing

    I entered in my credit card information and clicked pay and it doesn't do anything at all. The button highlights when my mouse is over it too. This is probably one of the most important functions...the pay button to work.

    Please tell me when it is fixed

    USE PayPal that way the bill gets paid. Your service DOES NOT WORK!!!

  8. Do not want to pay with a credit card. How can I pay with my bank account directly from my checking account.

    I pay all my bills with my bank on line. Why should I pay this way?

  13. More people pay with a credit card than bank transfer. Flip flop where those 2 are placed on the invoice.

    The credit card option is hiding to the right of the invoice. Much more people pay with a credit card than a bank wire transfer. Flip those around or better yet make credit card the very first option.

  18. Having to type long account and routing numbers is AWFUL. TOTALLY AWFUL.

    For Pete's sake remove the "can not paste into field" nonsense. Having to type in an account and routing number every time is AWFUL and totally prone to error. AWFUL. REMOVE IT. Why, why would you hamstring a device's capability this way? No...don't bother trying to explain it. There is no good reason. REMOVE THE RESTRICTION.
