FIX THE APP. We run a plumbing contracting business, sometimes have 4-5 jobs per day. Now after working all day in the field, my husband has to come home and spend hours invoicing that should've been done in the field. AND we have to wait to get paid when he should've been paid with the customer in front of him. MAJOR inconvenience and shld not be with a big fat online tech giant. Make receipts available after payment.
I miss clicked onto invoice and when I return to previous page the receipt is nowhere to be found. This makes it frustrating because I like to keep track of all my payments.

change default setting on service date
Service date on Invoice automatically sorts each line item by date if there is no date it will take it down to the bottom of the list/invoice. I would like to enter each line with or without a date and not have it automatically sort. Even it is entered the way you like it, it will print differently.

Don't prevent pasting my account number in the second checking account number box!!!!!!!!!
I'm making a payment by giving you my routing and account numbers. These are long numbers and I don't want to get them wrong so guess what? I copy them from my own account info and paste them into your form. But---- I can't paste the account number in the second (verify) field. Why???????????
You trust me in the first field but not the second?
I have to type this number - with multiple zeros back to back, which is impossible to keep track of.

Create an account
It would be hassle free if we had an app or something to be able to have an account and view the bill. That way we can save the card info instead of having to pull out our wallet every time we need to make a payment.

Multiple projects on one invoice, List Project in the Billable Time Transaction and allow for Project Name to be in the filter option.
Currently if you are creating an invoice for a Customer with multiple projects AND you use QB Time to bring in those expenses. There is no way to create an invoice for multiple projects currently. An easy way to remedy this would be to add the project name as a field with the time transaction and allow for the project name to be a filter. Then, if you could add back the "add all (by the filter, and service)" you could at least bring in projects one at a time. The best case scenario, would be to be able to…

Have a Payment Link to click on. I don't see any way to pay it.
The portal is very confusing. it says these things: "Paid" and "Next autopay" and "to cancel autopay, sign in". Teresa Rush at IS-Talk.com says we are not on AutoPay and i don't see a way to make an ACH payment online.

Allow me to apply an overpayment from a previous invoice myself to allow paying ahead
This is a recurring weekly invoice, allow me to pay jn advance and it automatically apply to new invoices without the person sending the invoice having to go in and apply my overpayment or allow me to apply it on my end.
