I do not want monthl
I do not want monthly payments, but quarterly payments instead. Monthly payments would be overpaying what I owe. I only need to make quarterly payments. How can this be adjusted.

I was given a choice
I was given a choice to pay $4,000 now, but there was no option to pay that amount.

Provide the ability
Provide the ability to specify an amount to be paid against a bill. Right now there's only a pay-in-full option. Being able to enter the amount, even if it's full payment, adds comfort knowing my bank account will have the correct amount deducted.
