FIX THE APP. We run a plumbing contracting business, sometimes have 4-5 jobs per day. Now after working all day in the field, my husband has to come home and spend hours invoicing that should've been done in the field. AND we have to wait to get paid when he should've been paid with the customer in front of him. MAJOR inconvenience and shld not be with a big fat online tech giant. This is not the first time we've had problems. He often is told by tech support to deinstall the app, then reinstall which usually works but why is that necessary? Don't have to do that with other apps. He has done this almost 15 times in the last 2 weeks... but to no avail. App down. Already looking into other options in the field. Clearly, Intuit is not invested in app users.... I don't have this problem at all on my desktop or laptop.
