Don't prevent pasting my account number in the second checking account number box!!!!!!!!!
I'm making a payment by giving you my routing and account numbers. These are long numbers and I don't want to get them wrong so guess what? I copy them from my own account info and paste them into your form. But---- I can't paste the account number in the second (verify) field. Why???????????
You trust me in the first field but not the second?
I have to type this number - with multiple zeros back to back, which is impossible to keep track of.
Fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!

100% This is the dumbest UX I've ever seen. Whatever project manager or developer approved this idea should immediately be fired. I'm copying the account number straight from my online banking website. Instead, I have to type it in which has the possibility of me incorrectly typing it and making a mistake. (And all I'm doing is reading it from the already copied/pasted field from the first box.) This in inexcusably stupid.

This is 100% correct. Terrible user experience, there is nothing more accurate than a copy / paste. Making the user enter it manually is a really poor experience.
